How do I create an account?
Click on the link that says register and fill in your preferred user name, email address, and password. Push the button and we'll send you an email. Click on the link and you're done. It's as easy as pie, cake, muffins, meatloaf, or whatever you prefer.

How long is each product available?
Because we are a deal a day site every product has an availability window of 24 hours. Just like the heartwarming tale of Cinderella, when the clock strikes midnight the deal turns into a pumpkin and by pumpkin we mean another great deal!

Who is that thief guy?
Master Thief is the official mascot of DailySteals. You can thank him for the amazing deals but he probably won't respond because he's just a fictional character.

What's the timer?
The timer acts as a countdown to the availability of the daily deal. If you want to look at it another way, it's the countdown to the next deal. ZING!!!

What if I missed the last deal?
Find a Delorian and gun it to 88 mph. Past steals are not available for purchase.

Can I get emails when new products are available?
We can totally do that! Just sign up for our daily newsletter!

How do I know if an item is in stock or sold out?
If there's a big green button that says "GET IT NOW" the product is still available. If the button becomes gray the product has sold out!

What are your Terms of Service?
Pretty much the same Terms of Service that everyone else has. DailySteals provides items at a discount to you the consumer. You must be an actual person not pretending to be someone else and not a robot.
You agree that use of the site is at your own risk; we only promise to deliver you the agreed upon item, nothing more. If you follow any links and o things on other sites, we're not responsible but you probably knew that. -
Do you have a privacy policy?
You give us the information we need to get you your order and we use that information only to get you your order. That's it. We won't sell your email address to a Nigerian prince and we won't sign you up for anything you didn't ask for. So if you're into Spam, viruses, and other various scams, got to another website, bub.

How do I buy an item?
Pick your option, if there is one, and click the "Get it Now" button to put it in your cart. Proceed to checkout and your purchase is complete!

Do I need an account to buy an item?
Yes, you do. It takes 30 seconds and you only have to do it once.

How do I pay for my item?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We do NOT accept Monopoly money under ANY circumstances.

What are my shipping options?
You don't get one! We do promise, however, to ship your item with a reputable shipper. We use UPS, UPS-MI, USPS, and Fedex. We've phased out messenger owls, shipping by osmosis and teleportation is still a work in progress.

How fast does it ship?
Generally, all products are shipped within 6 business days however, every once and a while an unforeseen delay may occur.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. On select promotional deals tracking may be unavailable but you will still receive a shipping confirmation email. Also, tracking information can be found in your DailySteals account in the "My Orders" section.

Do you ship outside of the US?
We ship to all U.S. territories but we do not ship internationally. Please tell your pen pal in Belgium that we're very sorry.

How many of an item can I buy?
See the dropdown box for quantity? Click it. That's how many.

Can I combine shipping on multiple of the same item?
In short, no. In long, no you cannot.

What is your return policy?
Because we are a daily deals site, all sales are final. In special situations i.e. if the product is damaged or defective please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
