There was a guy at the computer store dead set on selling me the HP TouchSmart 23” All-in-One PC. He didn’t work at the store, nor did he come there to buy anything, but something about “the way I walked” told him that I was destined for this machine.
He seemed like a nice guy, but he also seemed like a crazy person. The computer looked legit, but I’m a little weary of all-in-one machines.
“The last all-in-one I had almost killed me,” I told him. “It was an all-in-one microwave/toilet.”
“Oh,” he replied. “Well this is just a computer and the monitor combined. It also has a touch screen display!”
“Well in that case, sign me up!”
“Um, sir?” he asked, suddenly getting very serious. “There is nothing to sign up for, you’re just supposed to buy it.”
