A picture worth a thousand words.
Proudly, Jason marched to the exchange store to get some words. He had just run out the other day, but since he had a date that night he wanted to make sure he was well-stocked. After spending the afternoon taking pictures with his Fujifilm FinePix 16MP Digital Camera, he entered the exchange store.
“I’ll give you three words for all of ‘em,” the man behind the counter said.
“Three words?” Jason replied in disbelief. “But I thought a picture is worth a thousand words!”
“Sure, but these pictures are of the dumpster behind the public school … I’ll give you three words for them.”
Jason couldn’t believe it. How was he going to go on a date with only three words to say?
“Alright, fine,” he said after a moment of thought. “Which words am I getting?”
“I’ll give ya ‘vernacular’, ‘meat’ and ‘pension’, OK?”
He had no choice but to agree … this was going to be some date.
